I’m Lina Sajid, owner of Caring Transitions Madison North & Sun Prairie and a Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist (CRTS). I help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocation, and estate transitions with compassion, respect, and practical support.
I understand that leaving a longtime home involves more than moving belongings. It means sorting through memories, adjusting to new routines, and sometimes facing difficult decisions. My CRTS training informs my approach to both the emotional and practical needs of seniors during these changes. I take time to listen, respect each person’s preferences, and help seniors remain involved in decisions that affect their lives.
Together with my team, I offer decluttering, downsizing, packing, relocation support, estate sales, online auctions, and home cleanouts. Whether we’re helping someone settle into a new home or supporting a family through a loved one’s estate, we approach every situation with patience and care.
Serving Madison, WI and surrounding communities, my goal is to ease the burden on families and help seniors feel comfortable, respected, and supported as they begin their next chapter.
